Beauty. Color. Fun. These are the simple goals I have when I paint.  Do I want to be in the world I see?  If so, it's a painting I like.
Summer is my favorite season, rivers are a favorite playground, and Western Europe is a favorite destination, where I spent much of my childhood.... so these are favorite subjects for painting. 

I have been painting since 1995, when Sarah Hatch began instructing me in the impressionistic style.  Since then I have played with painting and have evolved a style of my own.  I have sold my work at Sidewalk Studio in Atlanta, and had showings at the Aurora coffee shop.  I hope you enjoy this site.
